Conference Payment Options


The following payment options are available:
All payment options include all free sessions (listed below)
Members:
Full Conference = 5 90-minute classes + all other sessions + Agents & Editors panel discussion + Prompt Party
Half Conference = any set of 3 classes/sessions + Agents & Editors panel discussion
Single Classeses = any set of classes/sessions (excluding Prompt Party) at single-class rate for each
  • add Agents & Editors panel discussion to your class list for $50
A&E Panel Discussion ONLY = Skip all classes and register only for Agents & Editors panel discussion for a total conference cost of $50
Nonmembers:
Full Conference = 5 90-minute classes + all other sessions + Agents & Editors panel discussion + Prompt Party
Single Classes = any set of classes/sessions (excluding Agents & Editors panel discussion and Prompt Party) at single-class rate for each
Nonmembers, please note:
As an option, you can join the Network when you register and
   1) pay the Member rate
   2) qualify for the "bulk rate" fee for a Half Conference
   3) qualify for participation in the Agents & Editors panel discussion with just one or two classes, or even by itself

Agents & Editors Panel Discussion

The Full Conference and Half Conference payment options include the cost of the Agents & Editors Panel Discussion plus a set of classes.

Members who choose the Single Classes payment option can select one or more classes in the section above, and for a $50 fee, also select the dropdown box below to participate in the A&E panel discussion.

Members can choose to skip all class selections and participate only in the A&E panel discussion by doing the following:

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and arrive at the Network office (via USPS or e-mail) by 4:00 pm, Friday, November 6, for you to receive a refund, less 25%. Send request to ed@ncwriters.org.
