Online Registration: Fall Conference 2018

Online registration is open through midnight Friday, October 26, 2018. After that date you are welcome as a walk-in registrant at the conference.

Full conference registration and fees include five sessions of classes and workshops, plus faculty readings, entertainment, and meals. Meals include continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings, Saturday lunch, and the Saturday banquet. One-day-only, no-workshops, and no-meals fees are available (see the Conference Cost section below).

Manuscript Mart and Critique Service applications MUST be made BY MAIL. See full guidelines. Application materials must be received by Friday, October 19, 2018.

After October 26, register on-site at the Hilton Charlotte University, Friday evening, November 2, 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; Saturday, November 3, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; or Sunday morning, November 4, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. No meals are available with late registration, and no Master Class, Manuscript Mart, or Critique Service.

Master Class is an alternative for Session I, Session II, and Session III classes. For details, please read the Submission Guidelines on the Master Class page of our Web site. Even if you plan to apply for a Master Class, you must choose the Session I, Session II, and Session III classes you would like to attend if the Master Class is full.

Sunday-only registrants: For sessions I, II, and III, please choose Sunday registrant - no Saturday classes

If you are a member planning to "hangout" without workshops, 1) skip all Session selections, and 2) in the Conference Fee section below, select "Member Cost Without Workshops." If you select Session classes and also choose the Conference Fee "Member Cost Without Workshops," your Session selections will be ignored.

E-Packet

In an effort to save money, time, and resources, the Network will send to all 2018 Fall Conference registrants, exhibitors, and faculty an E-Packet prior to November 2. The E-Packet will contain all the usual conference packet materials, in the form of a PDF that registrants can print or download to bring with them to the conference.

Name tags, personalized schedules, and copies of the Schedule-at-a-Glance will still be available at the registration table the day of the conference.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and arrive at the Network office by 4:00 pm, Friday, October 26, for you to receive a refund, less 25%. Send request to ed@ncwriters.org.

No refunds for cancellations received after October 26 or for no-shows

Manuscript Mart, Critique Service, and Master Class fees are not refundable if you cancel. However, if we are unable to find a place for you in the Manuscript Mart or Critique Service, we will return your check(s) for related extra charge(s).

Master Class application fees are not refundable.
