Hats Off! to Tina Barr whose poem "Twelve Dancing Princesses" was reprinted by The Paris Review, from their archives (Issue 119, Summer, 1991). It's a Halloween poem, dedicated to the poet Henri Cole. Also, Tina's new poetry collection, Green Target, was reviewed by Sarah Freligh in The Rumpus. "Barr’s speaker is an impeccable observer of the natural world, but she is hardly tranquil, especially in the first fraught months of rural life... Barr’s landscapes are violent with life, redolent with nature’s teem and seethe."
