Hats Off! to Cindy Brookshire of Pine Level whose poem "Miranda at the Rail" won an honorable mention in the Franklin County Arts Council (FCAC) Writers Guild’s FCAC-sponsored “Carolina Prize for Writing.” The poem appears in the sixth edition of County Lines: A Literary Journal.
